After leaving Arkansas in 2002, I am still excited to be calling Nashville home for more than 20 years. As a proud owner of The Hoover Team, with my wife Mindy Hoover, it is an honor to serve our community during life-changing moments. With 25 years in sales and business, I have built a wealth of experience and knowledge in cultivating a solid deal. As an investor myself for more than a decade, I provide valuable insights and advice to clients seeking new real estate opportunities.

Being a DISC-certified business coach, I give mentorship to new and experienced real estate agents. I work closely with each agent to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential. Whether it be through providing training and education, offering advice and support, or simply being a sounding board for new ideas, I am dedicated to helping others reach their goals. When I’m not busy working with clients on a deal or coaching agents, I love spending time with my family. You can usually find me on the baseball field, either taking in a Nashville Sounds game, cheering on my Arkansas Razorbacks, or coaching my son’s ball team. This community is our home, and I am thrilled to be making a difference in the lives of those we call friends and neighbors.
